Shunyata Open House Weekend with Lina Leimonte and Lee Nelson. Day 2: For Yoga Teachers and Bodywork Practitioners

Shunyata – Awareness, Meditation and Retreat Centre, located on 144 Rocklands Road, Clifton, is reopening its doors. New and experienced meditators from the Golden Bay community are more than welcomed to the Open House event. Meet the centre’s spiritual guides – programme director, Lina, and a Shunyata founder, Lee, who will introduce you to Shunyata’s philosophy, and what will be on offer in upcoming and future events and retreats. After group meditation, they will take you on a property tour, before inviting you to enjoy gluten-free, vegan snacks.

As bodywork can be an essential aspect of the awakening process, Shunyata is seeking expressions of interest from authentic yoga teachers and bodywork practitioners interested in holding future events and retreats.
